Our take

Two retro-modern levels joined by a spiral staircase — dining below, open-air bar above — 38 floors over Asoke's junction glow. It runs the classic evening arc well: relaxed sunset cocktails turning livelier as the night fills out, with views that hold their own against pricier neighbors, in a footprint small enough to fill fast once the offices empty.

Insider tip

If you're only drinking, head straight up the spiral staircase to the bar level. Book on weekends — the space is compact and popular after office hours.
