A French bistro that happens to float 37 floors above Silom — and takes both jobs seriously. The grill anchors the kitchen, the cheese counter is a destination in its own right, and the wine list runs a couple of hundred labels deep, poured by staff who recommend rather than upsell. Michelin keeps it in the guide; the terrace at golden hour closes the argument. This is worth a try for a proper view dinner in Bangkok.

Insider tip

Tuesday is the sleeper move — Fine de Claire oysters at a dollar apiece — and the daily happy hour runs from opening until 7 PM. Ask for the open-air terrace when booking, and mind the closed-shoe rule.
