Our take

The premise is delightfully odd: design firm Super Potato built this as the penthouse of an imaginary jet-setting couple, so you're essentially crashing someone's apartment — drifting from open kitchen to living room to study before the terraces throw open two floors of skyline. The cocktails take the assignment seriously, the nightly band-into-DJ handoff keeps the energy climbing, and the 360-degree panorama is among the city's most complete. Rarest of all: a design-hotel rooftop that's actually relaxed.

Insider tip

Follow the music upward — live band early on the lower level, DJ up top later — and arrive around sunset so one evening covers the whole climb. Closed shoes, though: they're strict on dress code.
