A navy-blue pocket of calm seven floors above the Nana bustle, built around an infinity pool and a lightly worn spy theme. The French-led kitchen moves between Mediterranean plates and Thai classics at prices that feel a few years out of date in the best way. The burrata and the black-ink spaghetti with river prawns complete the case.
