Our take
Park Hyatt's greatest-hits, stacked three floors high: a New York grill, a whisky room, a jazz-washed cocktail lounge, and finally the garden rooftop where teak, slate and greenery frame the Ploenchit skyline. It's occasion territory — a proper steakhouse kitchen and a dress code that means everyone around you made the same effort. When someone says 'impress me' and means it, this is the address.
Insider tip
Lunch runs noon to 3pm and dinner from 5:30, with a happy hour if you start on the terrace before moving to the grill. Collared shirts are required for men, and the 34th floor is the one to book for a full multi-course meal.
