A split personality that works: SOL is the polished indoor restaurant, LUNA the open-air deck where the Phra Khanong sunset does the heavy lifting. Fifteen floors is plenty in the area — the neighborhood stays low — and the mood is local and unhurried. The truffle fries and the moon-themed cocktails are the reliable order.
